What Are the Days You Pick Up and Deliver in My Area?

To find out what days we service your area for pickup and delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Download our app or click on “Online Booking.”
  2. Enter “Australia” and then “Crisp Laundry Services.”
  3. Sign up with your email address, Apple ID, Facebook, or Google account.
  4. Click on “Profile” in the bottom right corner.
  5. Enter your address.
  6. Click on “ Order “
  7. You will then see the days that are available for pickup and delivery in your area.

There is a $40 minimum order, so even if your order is $30, we will still charge you $40.

We offer free delivery to Sutherland Shire and St George area.

Delivery fees may apply to other suburbs, depending on the location and the order size. Please contact us for more information.

  • Monday – Friday: 9 am – 4 pm.
  • Saturday: upon request and subject to approval.
  • Sunday: 5 pm – 9 pm for specific suburbs.

Our daytime service has a different route each day, some customers request pickup and delivery on the same day. Therefore, we cannot provide a specific delivery time.

Our evening routes have a 3-hour delivery window.

Yes, our pickup and delivery service is designed for customers who are not home during the day.

  1. Gather your clothes and put them in a garbage bag.
  2. Label the bag with your name & contact information or order number.
  3. Separate any dry cleaning, ironing, hand washing, or stained items into a separate plastic bag.
  4. Label each plastic bag with the appropriate instructions and put them inside the laundry bag.
  5. Place the bag outside your door on the day of pickup.

Our turnaround time is 48 hours. 

We can get it back to you within 24 hours if you need it sooner.

 

Same-day: Bring your clothes to our store in the morning and we will return them clean & folded in the evening.

Next-day pickup and delivery: Call us or book online for next-day pickup and delivery.

Yes, there is a 25% fee for express orders. However, you can avoid the fee by dropping off and picking up your laundry at our location.

The driver will leave your order at the same spot where he picked it up. Unless you specified a different location when you placed your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 12 hours before the pickup time.

If you cancel within the allowed time frame, there will be no charge.

If you cancel after the allowed time frame, We will charge you a $25 fee.

  • Log in to the app.
  • Find the order that you want to cancel under “My Orders” and click on it.
  • Click on the “Cancel Order” button.

Yes, we welcome you to give us more clothes when our driver drops off your laundry.

  1. Log in to your account on our website or app.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” page and select the order you want to change.
  3. Click on the “Edit Order” button.
  4. Select the new pickup and delivery time.

You can make changes to your pickup and delivery schedule up to 9 hours before the pickup day. 

After that, any changes will incur a fee

Yes, we can deliver your clothes to an alternate address. Just let us know when you place your order and we will be happy to make the arrangements. You can also call us after you place your order to change the delivery address.

Yes, we service apartment buildings with security access.

We offer evening pickup and delivery, so you can schedule a time that is convenient for you. Just contact us here and let us know what day works best for you, and we will make it happen.
