Just like the other laundry services we provide, our dry cleaning is guaranteed to be fast, effective and convenient for your everyday life. We understand how important some of your garments are to you and we take pride in caring for them as if they were our own.
After you have placed your order in our user-friendly online booking system, your dry cleaning will be collected from your chosen location and delivered to our experienced team of dry cleaners.
Before your clothes go through the main cleaning process, the staff at Crisp Laundry will do a full inspection for any stains. If you know the cause of the stains on your clothes, please let us know – This will help us treat them in the best possible way. Whether it’s a rust stain, food stain or glue stain, our team will use a combination of hot steam and chemicals to break off and remove any stains during the dry cleaning process.
If stains won’t come out, even after repeated cleaning, we stop treating them to avoid permanent damage to your clothing
After removing the stains, our team of dry cleaners will inspect your clothing for the last time, press and then hand finish before preparing them for delivery.

Dry Cleaning can take from 24 to 48 hours. Obviously, there are exceptions to the rules with materials such as leather and suede. Our team of dry cleaners are always very careful to make sure that your laundry is treated with the utmost care and that the correct cleaning procedures are followed all the time.

All payments are due before delivery for residential customers, after your items are cleaned, you will receive an email with a link to pay, we accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX and PayPal.
